CO-CREATE, PROTOTYPE AND PROMOTE A COMMUNITY OF PRACTICE FOR POWER GRID OPERATOR ENEDIS

Challenge :

In 2017 French power grid operator Enedis was undergoing a massive internal and external digital transformation.

As part of its transformation, the group contacted digital consultancy agency Curiouser to co-create and launch several communities of practice, aimed at encouraging the company’s employees to store and share their local knowledge.

Mission :

During this project, I was in charge of the research phase preceding the workshops. I conducted several studies to understand the stakeholder's vocabulary, their tasks and their daily life on site, and to identify and map pain points and needs among the various trades.

As part of the Curiouser's team, I then co-organized and facilitated "Bootcamp" workshops to ideate, prototype and promote those communities, with the participation of 25 employees representing each of the trades involved. 

Results :

Three online communities have been successfully prototyped, implemented and launched, following the moderation guidelines, creative guidelines, wireframes and communication planning provided by the participants.
